Unvented Hot Water

Do you have an unvented hot water cylinder? You may not know that not all gas engineers are legally qualified to work on unvented cylinders.  Here at Aughton Heating & Plumbing we are both qualified and experienced in the service, repair, fault-finding and replacement of all types of Unvented Hot Water cylinders and systems

Annual gas service

An annual service of your gas appliance gives you the peace of mind that your appliance is safe and in full working order.

Smart heating controls

We offer installation of all types of smart heating controls such as Hive, Google Nest and other manufacturers

Landlord gas safety record

It is a legal requirement for all landlords to have an annual CP12 (landlords gas safety record) on all gas appliances in rented properties. 

Do you have a Gas Fire?

We specialise in the service and repair of both conventional and bespoke Gas Fires and we are the first point of contact for the local Fire showrooms when customers reach out to them for help with faulty Gas Fires.

Who we Are:

We are a family run, Christian business based in Aughton, right on the Merseyside/West Lancs border . The company was founded in 2021, when Rob, our lead engineer, decided to leave British Gas after 17 years and start his own company. Since then we have gone from strength to strength, our name, reputation and commitment not only to an impeccable work but also to maintain correct ethical principles has impressed our customers and business contacts alike. We pride ourselves on not letting out customers down

Are You Fully Insured?

Yes, we have public liability insurance up to £5 million

What are your credentials?

We are Gas Safe Registered, fully qualified to work on all types of natural gas and lpg appliances. We have over 28 years experience in the installation, service, repair and maintenance of all types of gas appliances. We are also registered with NICEIC to install, repair, replace and fault find on unvented hot water systems, we are Part L compliant for Energy Efficiency and carry a WRAS certificate which means we are compliant with the Water Supply Regulations 1999.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, cheque & cash  are all accepted methods of payment.

What if I need to rearrange?

That’s an easy one. Call us and your appointment can be rearranged at a time that is more convenient for you.

Why do I need to service my boiler?

It is vital that you get your boiler and gas appliances inspected and serviced regularly to make sure that they are working as safely and efficiently as possible. An annual boiler service can increase the chance of detecting minor faults before they become full blown boiler problems.
